When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected While Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your Device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Collection, Use, and Retention of Face Data

Our app collects user profile photos, which may include facial features if the user chooses to upload or capture their face using the device's camera or gallery.

Purpose: The use of face data is strictly limited to improving the user experience within the app.

• Account Identification: Profile photos help identify users within the app.
• Personalization: Displaying the user's profile photo provides a personalized experience.

Our app does not analyze, process, or extract biometric data from profile photos. Profile photos are not shared with third parties. Photos are securely stored on our servers using AWS S3 encryption, with servers located in the United States. Photos are retained while the account is active and permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Collection, Use, and Retention of Location Data

Our app collects location data to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and provide location-based services. Location data is collected only when users are actively clocked in and engaged with work.

Uses of Location Data:

• Clock-In Accuracy: Ensures users clock in to the correct jobs and prevents errors.
• Geofencing Features: Assists users transitioning between jobs and calculates efficiency rates.
• Travel Time Tracking: Tracks time spent traveling between geofenced locations.
• Team Coordination: Management can view real-time locations of clocked-in users to support project planning and resource allocation.

Location data is only collected when users are clocked in. The app does not continuously track location in the background unless required for active work-related functionalities with user consent. Location data is securely stored on servers with advanced encryption, is never shared or sold to third parties, and is retained only for the duration necessary. Data is automatically deleted within 30 days once its purpose has been served.

Data Security and User Privacy

We prioritize user privacy and take robust measures to ensure the safety of all collected data. All user data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption and access control. We do not share, sell, or disclose data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other purposes. Users may revoke location access or camera/gallery access at any time through their Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage
• To manage Your Account and registration as a user
• For the performance of a contract for products, items, or services You have purchased
